Executive Chef Patrick Marion and his culinary team offer you an unparalleled fine-dining experience. With ingredients foraged from O’Brien’s backyard and sourced from local farmers, the dishes are obsessively local, intelligently composed and shockingly beautiful. The result is a dining experience that explores the distinctive flavors of the local terroir. We welcome you to take in the idyllic surroundings and celebrate Canadian food & wine.

As we offer a tailored and intimate experience, we accept dining guests by reservation only. Please note that if you are a guest at the hotel, a table is already reserved on your behalf.

Dinner Service Hours:
Wednesday-Saturday
 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Menus

As our menu is inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients, the tasting menu & wine list is subject to change frequently: the sample menus are for reference, only. We offer both omnivore and vegetarian menu options. For a preview of this evening’s menu, please contact our reservations team at 819-510-1930.

Menu: $75 – $90 (6-course tasting menu)

Wine Pairings: $45-$55 (4-5 wines + Dessert Pairing)

Wine: $13/ glass $65/bottle

Executive Chef
Chef Pat’s passion for sustainability and his love for wild ingredients has set the tone for an unparalleled dining experience. His knowledge and curiosity have allowed him to take full advantage of the natural pantry that is the Gatineau forest. As a result, the O’Brien tasting menu is an exploration of the terroir and a celebration of Canadian cuisine.

Chef de Cuisine
As Chef de Cuisine, Sarah contributes her artistry and vision to the O’Brien dining experience. Armed with creativity and a growing love of foraging, Sarah thrives on developing plates inspired by new ingredients that you wouldn’t normally find in the grocery store.

James Henderson

Residence Manager
James joins the O’Brien as Residence Manager after 15 years of experience in the Restaurant industry.  Driven to provide a fun, approachable and tailored dining experience that extends beyond the food and wine, James injects unforgettable details and charm into the O’Brien service.
